BulkDownloader Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the BulkDownloader Chrome extension, website and API.
About These Terms
Warmath, a sole trader based in France, operates BulkDownloader. Please read these terms before using the service.
Eligibility and Acceptance
You must be at least 15 years old to use BulkDownloader. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you must have authority to accept these terms on its behalf. Use must comply with applicable law and the rights of others.
The Service and Feature Availability
BulkDownloader is a beta Chrome extension for downloading accessible Instagram media to your computer, including individual files and ZIP output. A working Instagram browser session and access to the source content are required. Downloads to your computer do not require a product account.
Product account sign-in is not currently available. Google Drive is planned and not currently available. Custom date ranges and incremental sync are planned and not currently available. Payments are not currently available. Planned features are not a promise of delivery on a particular date.
Your Responsibilities and Content Rights
Download only content you are entitled to access, save and use. Being able to view content does not necessarily grant permission to copy, distribute or reuse it. You remain responsible for copyright, privacy and other applicable rights and for following applicable platform rules.
BulkDownloader does not grant ownership of third-party content or permission to bypass private-account restrictions or other access controls. Do not use the service to gain access to content your Instagram session cannot view.
Instagram and Other Third-Party Services
BulkDownloader is not affiliated with Instagram or Meta. Instagram controls its own accounts, content, interfaces and access rules. Platform changes, content removal and restrictions may affect downloads. Other services and external sites have their own terms and privacy policies. Planned integrations do not establish current access to those services.
Accounts and Security
Product account sign-in is not currently available and no product authentication provider is connected. BulkDownloader never asks for your Instagram password. Use Instagram’s own sign-in in your browser and do not submit passwords, authentication cookies or tokens in feedback or support requests.
We will publish account requirements and provider details before enabling product sign-in. Future product-account sign-out would revoke a session, not delete all account or Instagram-associated records.
Service Access and Usage Rules
The API applies service access rules to manage service usage and task processing. Do not tamper with task authorizations, misrepresent identifiers or interfere with the service or other users. Access to content remains subject to Instagram’s own controls.
Prices, Payments and Subscriptions
Purchases cannot currently be made through BulkDownloader. No payment provider is connected. Before paid services become available, prices, currency, billing periods, taxes, renewal and cancellation conditions and the payment provider will be published. A planned paid feature does not mean it can be purchased now.
Cancellations and Refunds
You may request an unconditional refund within 3 days of payment. To request a refund, contact support@getbulkdownloader.com. Purchases and subscriptions are not currently available. Any subscription cancellation instructions will be published before subscriptions become available.
Availability, Errors and Changes
The beta depends on Chrome, your device and network, Instagram access and our API. Downloads may fail, be incomplete or require confirmation. Review task results rather than assuming every file was saved. Feature availability may change, including in response to errors or third-party platform changes.
Suspension and Termination
You can stop using or uninstall the extension. Doing so does not delete downloaded media or server records. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse or unlawful use. Product sign-out, once available, is distinct from account or data deletion.
Disclaimers and Liability
The beta is provided “as is” and “as available”, subject to applicable law. Successful or uninterrupted downloads are not guaranteed. Your mandatory consumer rights under French law remain unaffected. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by French law, and disputes will be resolved by French courts.

For support or questions about these terms, contact support@getbulkdownloader.com. We publish updates on this page. For material changes, where reasonably possible, we will notify by email users who have contacted our support team. Email delivery cannot be guaranteed.
