Download Your Instagram Saved Posts
Saved posts are easy to lose track of and hard to export. BulkDownloader can bulk-download your Instagram Saved posts and every collection in one click to your computer or Google Drive. Use Chrome while logged into your own Instagram account, without scripts or desktop cookie tools.
The BulkDownloader installation guide for Chrome covers manual setup, extension updates, Instagram sign-in, and help with account or download issues.
Saved posts vs Saved collections
All posts brings together the content you saved on Instagram. A collection is a named group within your saves. Open All posts to work with that feed, or open one ordinary collection to work inside it. Neither view exports the creator's entire profile.
On the Saved overview, hand-pick All posts or one or more ordinary collections, or download all collections in one click. This action covers every ordinary collection outside All posts; it does not download the All posts feed again. Audio and automatic Series entries are unavailable here.
Save your selected posts and collections to your computer, or connect your Google account and save them to Google Drive. For posts published on a profile, use the separate Instagram profile downloader guide.
How to bulk-download Saved
Install and sign in to Instagram
Follow the installation instructions, then open Instagram in Chrome with the account whose saves you want. Free computer downloads do not require a BulkDownloader product account.
Open your Saved page
Go to your own Saved overview, All posts or an ordinary collection. Open the BulkDownloader download panel from the entry on the right side of Instagram.
Choose the scope
On the overview, download all collections in one click, excluding All posts, or use Hand-pick collections to choose specific entries. Inside All posts or a single collection, choose All posts (All content in this collection on a collection page), Number range for content positions, or Hand-pick content to tick individual cards.
Choose the files and destination
Select photos and videos together, photos only or videos only. Save to your computer, or connect your Google account and choose Google Drive. For computer downloads, choose Individual files, ZIP archives or Automatic output. Automatic saves a lone file individually and uses ZIP for multiple files; larger tasks can produce separate archive parts.
Start and review
Choose Start saving and keep the Instagram source page open. Check the task result for saved, failed or unconfirmed files. A partial result does not mean the entire selection finished.
The default filenames contain the original author ID, content ID and media ID. They do not automatically include the collection name. Downloading a collection does not change who originally published its content.
Why an extension beats scripts
For a Chrome workflow, the extension uses the Instagram session you already have open. You do not need to install Python, run terminal commands or export a cookie file into another desktop tool. Choose the content on Instagram and review the result in the download panel.
Your session must still be valid and the content accessible. If Instagram removes a post or your access changes, saving it earlier does not guarantee that it can still be downloaded. Save and reuse media only with the permission you need.
FAQ
Can I download someone else's Saved posts?
No. Saved downloads work only with your own logged-in Instagram account. BulkDownloader checks the account and the Saved page you have open. Visiting another person's profile does not give you access to their private saves or collections.
Can I download saved Reels?
Yes. A saved Reel can be downloaded as video when it is still available through your Instagram session. Saved posts can also contain photos, videos and mixed carousels. Selecting a carousel selects the post; its available media are processed in their original order.
Can I download Saved collections?
Yes. Download an ordinary collection from its page, hand-pick collections in the Saved overview, or download all collections in one click from that overview. The all-collections action includes every ordinary collection and excludes the separate All posts feed. Audio collections and the automatic Series entry are not supported by this Saved workflow.
Can I choose individual Saved posts?
Yes. Open All posts or a single collection, choose Hand-pick content, then tick the content cards you want. On the Saved overview, Hand-pick collections selects whole supported entries instead. These are different selection units, so check the page and your selection before starting.
Can I save to Google Drive?
Yes. Connect your Google account, then choose Google Drive to save your selected Saved posts or collections. You can also save them to your computer.
Is it free?
Free to start. The free plan includes weekly usage limits; paid plans (coming soon) remove them.
