What is an Instagram Series?
An Instagram Series is a set of Reels a creator groups into ordered episodes. It lives in a Series tab on the creator's profile, so viewers can watch the episodes in order and pick up where they left off. Not every profile has a Series tab.
BulkDownloader for Chrome saves accessible Series episodes to your computer. The default filenames contain author, content and media IDs.
Where to find the Series tab
The Series tab sits on a creator’s profile alongside Posts and Reels. You may see it on one profile and not on another. This guide is about that dedicated tab, rather than any video whose caption happens to call it a series.

How to download an Instagram Series
Install and sign in to Instagram
Follow the installation instructions, then sign in to Instagram in Chrome. Free computer downloads do not require a BulkDownloader product account.
Open the creator’s Series tab
Visit a creator’s profile and open Series. Your Instagram session must already be able to view the series and its episodes.
Choose whole series
Open the extension’s download panel. Choose All series, or choose Hand-pick series, wait for the series list and tick one or more whole series. This selects series rather than individual episode cards.
Save and review the episodes
Choose Individual files, ZIP archives or Automatic, then choose Start saving. Keep the Instagram source page open and review saved, failed or unconfirmed files in the task result. A started task does not guarantee that every episode was saved.
What you get
The Series workflow saves accessible video episodes from the creator’s Series tab. You can download all available series there or manually select whole series. Selection is by series, so the collection remains the unit you choose.
Output is individual video files or ZIP archives. The default filenames contain author, content and media IDs, so the file browser’s filename order may differ from the episode order on Instagram. Only series accessible through your Instagram session can be saved.

Free to start. You can already use BulkDownloader for Posts and Reels computer downloads, manual selection and photo/video quality options. Series downloads include whole-series selection and individual files or ZIP output.

What is an Instagram Series?
An Instagram Series is a creator’s collection of Reels arranged as episodes. The collection has a place in the Series tab on that creator’s profile. It is designed for following a sequence rather than browsing unrelated videos.
Where is the Series tab on Instagram?
Look on the creator’s profile, in the row of tabs alongside Posts and Reels. Not every profile has a Series tab. If you cannot see it, choose a profile with an accessible Series tab; installing BulkDownloader does not add the tab to Instagram.
Can I download a whole Instagram Series at once?
Yes. Save all available series from the creator’s Series tab, or manually pick one or more whole series. Save the episodes to your computer as individual files or a ZIP.
Are episodes saved in order?
Episodes are read in Instagram’s source order. The default filenames use author, content and media IDs; file browsers may sort them differently. You can save individual files or a ZIP.
Which Series can I save?
The downloader works with series you can already view in your logged-in Instagram browser session. A series must still be accessible when you download it. Save and reuse only content you have permission to use; being able to watch an episode does not grant ownership of it.
