An Instagram Highlights downloader saves accessible photos and videos from a Highlight collection to your computer. BulkDownloader for Chrome uses your logged-in Instagram session. Open a Highlight and select the current collection to download its media. Choose individual files or ZIP archives for computer output.

Highlights vs Stories
Stories usually expire after 24 hours. Highlights are collections of Stories kept on a profile until the owner removes them. A Highlight is not the profile’s Posts or Reels tab, and downloading one collection does not automatically include the others.
Choose the current Highlight collection for individual files or ZIP output. The panel also offers all Highlights from the same author. This option reads accessible collections in source order; it does not guarantee complete output across every Highlight.
How to download a Highlight
Install the Chrome extension
Follow the installation instructions for Chrome. Free computer downloads do not require a BulkDownloader account.
Open an accessible Highlight
Sign in to Instagram in Chrome, visit the profile and open the Highlight you want to save. Your session must already be able to view its content.
Select the current collection
Open the download panel and choose the current Highlight collection. Check the available photo/video filter, quality and computer output options. The instructions here cover this collection, not an entire profile’s Highlights.
Download and review the result
Start the download and keep the Instagram source page open. Review saved, failed and unconfirmed files. A source or network failure can leave partial results; a task starting does not prove that every file saved.
What you get
Save the collection’s accessible photos and videos as individual files or ZIP output. Large output may be split into ZIP segments. Source media availability determines the actual quality and dimensions; the extension does not promise original uploads.
Source item order is used for task output, but cover order is not guaranteed. This guide does not include the profile’s circular cover as a separate deliverable. File explorers can sort files differently, and media shared across collections may be deduplicated. There is no promise of an exact visual replica of Instagram.

Choose the collection you actually want to keep. A Highlight can contain photos, videos or a mixture of both, so review the saved result rather than expecting every item to be a video. Computer output lets you open the saved files locally and organize them alongside your other media.

Frequently asked questions
Can I download private Highlights?
Only if your logged-in Instagram session already has access to them. BulkDownloader does not unlock private accounts, recover deleted media or bypass access controls. You do not share your Instagram password or export cookies. Save and reuse only content you have permission to use.
Can I download all Highlights from a profile at once?
Yes. The download panel offers the current Highlight collection or all Highlights from its author. The all-Highlights option reads the collections in source order. Availability and successful file output determine the result; it does not guarantee a complete export of every Highlight on the profile.
Do Stories expire while Highlights stay available?
Ordinary Stories usually disappear after 24 hours. Stories added to Highlights can remain visible on a profile until the owner removes them. That does not guarantee permanent access: content can be deleted, restricted or unavailable. A download can only save media the current session can still read.
Is there a free Instagram Highlights downloader?
Free to start. The free plan includes weekly usage limits; paid plans (coming soon) remove them.
